…the “Haraam” topic..
Muslims, unfortunately, have one the highest rates of divorce now more than ever, and yet, it’s a topic that’s considered taboo.
- What are some of the causes of divorce in Muslim marriages?
- Is there help out there?
- What issues do children of divorced parents usually face?
- What obstacles do women and men face post divorce? Are their problems the same?
These are some of the questions we’ll be addressing this Sunday.
Our guests: Edmund Arroyo, Kamran Riaz, Shazia Siddiqi and Munzoor Shaikh.
We currently cannot take call-ins, but we will be able to from September, iA. We’ll have a new station downtown!
Tune to 88.7 FM at 6 pm CST on August 9th or listen live on http://www.wluw.org. The show will be posted online by 15th on this website.
